Tall Maternity Store want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason our products don't cut the mustard, say you require an alternative style or size, just let us know. Please request an RMA number on the website. (Full instructions below).
Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for an exchange or refund (20 days for non UK customers). Returns received after the 10 days have passed will not be processed and will be returned to sender. We offer free postage when sending the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard delivery rate.
Returned items must be unworn and in the condition supplied and the RMA number must be enclosed in the package. Please ensure you clearly address your package CUSTOMER RETURNS (full address below). Unfortunately we do not refund postage and packaging as these are direct costs to the customer.
You will be required to pay for the return postage of any items and returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us so always retain proof of postage. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for items lost in the post.
We endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible and in the majority of case on receipt of your return but please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be placed on your card. Refunds will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned.
